Return Shipping & Refunds

Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Please read carefully before ordering.

Disclaimer: Nanton Nutraceuticals is not engaged in rendering professional medical or health care services and does not make any medical claims or diagnoses. Please remember this information is not intended as medical advice nor is it intended to replace recommendations of your health practitioner. Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, you should allow 3 to 7 days deliver depending on destination.

Orders are processed and shipped on a daily basis, 8:30am - 4:30pm MT Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

The "Hold for Pickup Option" product will be held at Nanton Nutraceuticals location (1920 - 23 St, Nanton, Alberta Canada) for a period of 30 days. Any product not picked up in this time frame will be forfeited.

There is no time recommendation on international shipments.

 

Policy for Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Orders:

Items without a pre-approved return authorization number will not be accepted.

Return/Refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping charges for returned orders will not be refunded.

Refund issued when the item is received and approved.

Orders not delivered due to our error or lost in transit will be re-shipped at no additional charge.

Orders not delivered due to customer error will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

 

Policy for International Orders

 

(Applying to all orders shipped to non-Canadian addresses)

International delivery times are not guaranteed.

Customer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or other fees assessed upon importation by the customs agency of the destination country. These fees may be collected for the customs agency by the carrier upon delivery. If the recipient refuses to pay required import taxes/duties, the customs agency may prevent delivery and return or destroy the package.

Shipping fees for orders denied entry by customs or refused by the customer will not be refunded. This includes any fees assessed by the shipping company for the return shipment to Canada. If customs destroys the package due to failure of the recipient to pay required duties or taxes, the value of the product will not be refunded. Likewise, if the cost for return exceeds the value of the product, the package will be abandoned and the value of the product will not be refunded. Any inquiries may be addressed to:

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
