Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via Canada Post, you should allow 3 to 7 days delivery depending on destination.
Orders are processed and shipped on a daily basis, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm MT Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
The Free "Hold for Pickup Option" product will be held at Nanton Nutraceuticals location (1920 - 23 St, Nanton, Alberta Canada) for a period of 30 days. Orders are usually ready for pick up in 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when the order is ready. Any product not picked up in this time frame will be forfeited.
There is no time recommendation on international shipments.
Policy for International Orders

International delivery times are not guaranteed.
Customer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or other fees assessed upon importation by the customs agency of the destination country. These fees may be collected for the customs agency by the carrier upon delivery. If the recipient refuses to pay required import taxes/duties, the customs agency may prevent delivery and return or destroy the package.
Shipping fees for orders denied entry by customs or refused by the customer will not be refunded. This includes any fees assessed by the shipping company for the return shipment to Canada. If customs destroys the package due to failure of the recipient to pay required duties or taxes, the value of the product will not be refunded.
